We are hiring for both our locations- Alpharetta/Crabapple and Alpharetta.The Sales Associate will assist in the receiving, stocking, and pricing of all merchandise while helping to maintain a clean and orderly store.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Provide a positive representation of Urban Hardware.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store. Thank customers when finished and when they are leaving.
• Engage customers on the selling floor with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain high energy and professional manner at all times.
• Services multiple customers using outstanding customer service standards.
• Communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Be willing to learn product knowledge and knowledge of store layout and location of products.
• Manages transactions at the cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
• Follows all communication and managers direction.
• Maintains the store environment, store organization and visual display and store sets.

Needed Qualifications:

• Comply with company dress code.
• Show passion and pride for Urban Hardware in every area of responsibility.
• Ability to lift at least 40lbs*
